We currently ship within Canada from Ontario. Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout for your address before payment. If no option appears, contact us with your postal code before ordering.

Stocked orders are prepared within 3–5 business days, excluding public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on your destination and selected service. Read our Shipping & Pickup policy.

Yes, by appointment. Contact us before ordering if a suitable pickup option does not appear at checkout. We confirm the time and meeting location directly. Wait for a ready-for-pickup confirmation before travelling.

Check the product’s size information before ordering. If you are unsure, email us the design you are considering and your sizing question; we will help you choose.

Request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Shirts must be unworn apart from an indoor try-on, unwashed, unaltered and completely undamaged, with original tags attached if supplied. Exchanges depend on stock. Contact us before returning anything and read the full Returns & Refunds policy.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will review the issue and provide instructions. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not remove your legal rights for faulty or incorrect goods.

Email us as soon as possible. We can help where possible before dispatch; after dispatch, the returns process may apply. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

For tracked shipments, tracking details are emailed when the order is dispatched. Check your spam folder, then contact us if you cannot find them or your parcel appears delayed.
